I think that we need the spreadsheet because It will help us a lot in all the prices and find out how much everything is going to cost. It will help us get more organized and it will be easier to put on the power point. I have not finished my product yet because i haven't been that organized with my itinerary.

I think the charter bus might cost from $2,000-$4,000. the hotels will probably cost from $500-$1000. The restaurants will cost in total about $9,000 for the whole trip.
